“ Fuji Yama is my favorite sushi restaurant in Virginia Beach. All staffs are nice there, especially the boss. She is super nice and did care about people. Every time I came, she will chat with me. She makes sure all food and sushi are fresh. Dragon Roll, Friday Night, Twin Tower are the rolls that I order most often. Dragon roll has cucumber, crab meet, tuna inside, and avocado, eel, and roe on the top. Friday Night has shrimp tempura, crabmeat and seaweed inside, which is really special. I have never tried the rolls with seaweed in other restaurants. Twin Tower is my favorite, there are shrimp tempura an ell inside, crab meat and avocado on the top. Takoyaki is off-menu dish. It’s only available when the boss is here. But I do think it’s the signature dish. You can ask if it’s available. If I can rate 10 stars, I’ll definitely do. Recommend this restaurant to everyone who comes to Virginia Beach ”
